Covid-19 Safety Protocols
The safety and well-being of our community is our highest priority. We have taken the following steps to ensure that our building is prepared for both visitors and staff during these unprecedented times.
- We are following Santa Clara County’s Red Tier Reopening requirements and guidelines for Museums. These restrictions follow the State and County Health Officer’s Orders and include strict guidance.
- We are implementing timed and advanced reservation ticketing systems to stagger patron visits and help maintain physical distances. At all times, we will be limiting capacity to 25% of our usual building capacity.
- We will ask visitors to read the signs located on the outside of our building prior to entering. Visitors will be expected to adhere to these safety and hygiene rules.
- We will be cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces in all public spaces throughout the building before, during, and after open hours.
- Our front desk staff will be seated behind Plexiglass to protect them and visitors.
- We will only be accepting credit card payments.
- Signage will exist throughout the building to remind visitors to practice physical distancing, not touch their face, frequently wash hands, and use hand sanitizer.
